CancerCase® was founded in 2018 with the goal to support the implementation of precision medicine in clinical practice. from the very beginning, CancerCase® was conceptualized as a publication medium for medical case reports as well as a searchable database.
in a sense, it's kind of an evolution of the long lasting tradition of medical case reports packed into state-of-the-art 21st century technology. oncologists can share their own experience by publishing anonymized patient cases and in return benefit from the knowledge of the global medical community.
CancerCase® is designed for use in clinical practice - doctors can easily search for drugs, molecular and genomic targets as well as patient characteristics or simply browse through patient cases. ultimately, it enables clinicians to review treatment decisions, drug choices and outcomes from patient cases from all around the world. in addition, each patient case is available for download and can be shared electronically or printed out and used for reference and discussion.
CancerCase® is accessible via PC and all mobile devices and is free of charge for registered medical doctors, worldwide.
